Tribal Council has elected a person to speak to the Tribal Elders

When the Tribal Council has elected a person to speak to the Tribal Elders about a matter raised, the Elders will come together to discuss what the Council has decided.

As some matters can only be dealt with by the Elders, such as the decision to permanently banish someone from the guild there must be a point where the Elders can say yes or no to any decision given by the Council.

It is most likely that the Elders will have full trust in the decisions braught to them, however we may have to from time to time rethink the decision, or tweak the plan so to speak.

The role of the Tribal Elders is to bring justice where justice is needed, and to bring compassion where compassion is needed.

You must allways respect the final decisions given by the Tribal Elders, as we shall only be working in the interest of all members and for the good of all.

We will of course come to any decision only after all the facts have been presented and have spoken to as many people as possible regarding the matter in hand.

An ELder is someone you should come to if you feel unhappy about anything, we will allways listen to you and treat you with the upmost respect.

To make things as clear as possible about decision making, if we are discussing something in these forums its an open discussion for everyone, everyone can put thier ideas in, I admit I made the mistake of putting as a title '' attention elders '' in one post, but that was because at the time the elders were the ony people in the guild !!!

Basically what im trying to say is this ;

We want to be able to consult everyone when were thinking about things, but there has to be a point where thinking becomes action. If you want your voice heard then stay active in the forums, check back regularly to see whats going on.

You will be able to read from the posts when were about to put something into action, if you havent yet said anything or feel like you have a new idea to put forward then do so ! We cant really be held responsible for a complaint like :

'' i wasnt consulted thats not fair ''

If you havent been looking at these forums where all the decisions are made !

Post your ideas, post any issues you have with what everyones talking about, get involved !!! Thats what this Tribe is about, listening to everyone. But we cant do that if we cant hear you !!

So yes, we will try our hardest to work for the good of the Tribe and we will allways listen to anything you have to say, but remember to check back here regularly to see whats going on and have the chance to change it for the better.
